Service & Arrival

The wellbeing of the guest is very important to us and our partner, so we have designed the formalities to be as simple and comfortable as possible.

The apartment is fully equipped for you: bed linen and towels can be found already on arrival. We also gladly fulfill special requests - if possible.
 
The key to the apartment can be picked up at the administrator in the neighbour town of Ahlbeck (CSI Properties, Wilhelmstr. 14, 17419 Seebad Heringsdorf OT Ahlbeck, telephone +49 38378 80613). There you can also get a card that allows you to visit the Baltic Sea spa at half price.

If you arrive by train, the key can be brought to you at the station on request.

Bansin is easily accessible by car, train or airplane. The route from the station to the apartment can be managed by foot. Supermarkets, bakeries and the center are right next to the apartment.
