The historical Villa Vineta is located on a prominent location right on the beach in the seaside resort Bansin. It offers spectacular views of the Baltic Sea and the Schloonsee. One of the nicest houses on Usedom coast.
The Villa Vineta, with its two characteristic towers, is an outstanding example for the resort architecture on Usedom. Located on one of those places on the island, where the beach and the backwaters are only about 100 meters from each other, you will always have the choice of swimming at the beach or strolling around the peaceful and romantic Schloonsee.
The parking spaces are located directly at the house. Supermarkets, bakeries and the center are right next to the apartment.
You are having a holiday at one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe with the very finest white sand. It extends without interruption over 42 kilometers along the coast to the Cape in Swinoujscie and is accessible by foot thanks to the fallen EU borders. Thanks to the extraordinary width of up to 70 m, both the beach chairs and the castle builders, the walkers and bathers have enough room for their activities.
The nearest beach access is located about 30 meters from the apartment.
The seaside resort of Bansin is the smallest and most intimate of the three imperial baths. Have a family-friendly holiday far from the big holiday bustle. The place offers all the amenities: bakery, ice cream shop, supermarkets, fish smokehouses and cafes and restaurants of good quality are only a stone's throw from the apartment. Bansin has its own train station and can be reached with the Usedom resort railway. And if you miss the big wide world: Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are just 20 minutes' walk away over the 8.5 km of the longest and most beautiful beach promenade in Europe.
Germany's second largest island is the sunniest holiday region in Germany. It provides a bit of everything: beach crowds and romantic spots on the backwaters, top restaurants and unrefined smoked fish directly on the beach, cliffs and long sandy beach, history and modernity, as well as long and well-maintained cycling and hiking trails in every corner of the island.
